Amazing customer service experience for getting recall work done and a quote on body work. They were able to schedule my appt as soon as the next day which was incredible! The body shop manager buffed out some paint I had on my door right then and there and gave me a quote on what it would be to get the dents fixed. Very friendly staff all around, great waiting area, and their time estimate to complete the work was spot on! Over the last year I have bought 4 vehicles from Columbus Motors and had an unbelievable experience every time. I tried to buy several vehicles from the former dealer (Phil Spady) with no luck. There no hassle approach with their BEST PRICE is the way I want and believe is the way most people want to buy a vehicle.
