Our dealership is focused on delivering you the best buying experience on your terms during this COVID-19 outbreak. What that means is:

  • At-Home Test Drives! We will happily deliver the vehicle you choose to your door, fully-sanitized and ready for a test     drive. We can also appraise your trade-in vehicle in your driveway.
  • Simple Process! Our employees are standing by to help assist you in any way you prefer - over the phone, via email, or     by text.
  • Hassle-Free Delivery! You can request that your vehicle be delivered to your driveway, along with the final paperwork!
  • Service Pick-up and Return! We recognize now is not the time to have a waiting area full of guests, as a result, we will     pick up and return your vehicle to your home. Simply call our service department!

  • As the Coronavirus landscape continues to evolve, we wish everyone safety and health during these trying times. We view it as our shared responsibility to rely on facts, remain calm, and take appropriate precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. To that end, we have asked all Columbus Motor Company employees to adopt additional measures to maintain clean environments and avoid the spread of germs in every way possible.

    We have asked our teams to implement the following measures:

    • Additional supplies of hand sanitizers and cleansers have been deployed throughout our organization, as have protocols for their use.
    • Additional measures are being taken by our day time and night time cleaning crews to assure that our facilities are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
    • We will be discontinuing our "free popcorn" until further notice.
    • We always want to be polite at Columbus Motor Company, but we have asked all employees to refrain from shaking hands and hugging our customers and each other during this period.
    • We have asked all employees to wash hands hourly and noted that hand washing should occur with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
    • Most importantly, we have required that those who are not feeling well must stay home!

    Columbus Motor Company would like everyone to know that we have the ability to complete all transactions online and/or over the phone with home pickup and delivery available for our Sales, Service, and Parts departments for those who are currently uncomfortable in public places.  Our staff has been trained to assist with any questions or concerns that you may have!     To date, we are not aware of any Columbus Motor Company employees becoming infected with Coronavirus. Should anyone within Columbus Motor Company become infected, we will take appropriate measures as recommended by the CDC. You have our commitment that we will make each decision with you and your families at the center of our thoughts.
